Exercise A.R.S.E III Concludes
As the month of April drew to a close, so did exercise A.R.S.E III. In the last stages of the exercise we conducted ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare) to locate and destroy 2 A.R.S.E Navy Submarines. As the simulated war drew to a close, UKAFv pilots took out the last remaining "targets" before restoring peace to the Isle of man. All pilots have now since returned to EGXC. Dave flying the P8 Poseidon. There's 2 submarines out there...somewhere! Flying a 737-800 at 1000ft over the sea. From left to right - Dave, Dan and Myles Back on the ground at EGXE Very well done to Dave, Alfie and Myles who have all been awarded their exercise A.R.S.E III Award to recognise their contribution towards the exercise.
