Exercise A.R.S.E III Continues with Air to Air Refuelling

It's been a busy weekend for us! On Friday we took part in Air to Air Refuelling with A330 MRTT tanker aircraft from RAF Brize Norton. On Saturday morning and afternoon we continued exercise A.R.S.E III. After the exercise concluded we routed back for some more Air to Air Refuelling!

Exercise A.R.S.E III Concludes

  As the month of April drew to a close, so did exercise A.R.S.E III. In the last stages of the exercise we conducted ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare) to locate and destroy 2 A.R.S.E Navy Submarines. As the simulated war drew to a close, UKAFv pilots took out the last remaining "targets" before restoring peace to the Isle of man. All pilots have now since returned to EGXC. Dave flying the P8 Poseidon.  There's 2 submarines out there...somewhere! Flying a 737-800 at 1000ft over the sea. vNATO MK Deployment - Part 1

 As of last week, members of UK Air Force Virtual have begun their deployment to Mihail Kogălniceanu Also known as "MK". Here members will get an understanding of the NATO air policing mission as well as practice their skills in an unfamiliar country.
